Full Time Employees at St. Agnes Home have a choice of 3 health insurance plans after satisfying the 3 month orientation period. These 3 plans are provided a various levels of employee/employer cost.
Cigna Starbridge Plan is a very limited benefit health plan which is provided at employer cost at a single coverage level to any employee who does not choose to participate in one of the 2 full health plans due to employee cost participation.
There are two United Health Care Plans; one is considered Basic and one is considered Enriched. Basic has a lower cost but is subject to more out-of-pocket expenses.
Employer contribution is tiered according to length of service. If you participate either of the United plans , there is a value added employer cost of dental, vision and $20,000 in life insurance.
There are other benefits which we make available at employee cost through payroll deduction pre or post tax depending on the tax rules.
We also provide for a PTO benefit which is also tiered to years of service, to which holiday hours are added to the PTO available. You are not eligible to draw these benefits until you complete your orientation period.
