Beauty-Barber Shop: The Beauty-Barber Shop is located in the basement of the Memorial Wing, and is open Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. An appointment can be made directly through the Beautician or through the Front Desk. Prices for services are posted in the Beauty-Barber Shop. Charges for services appear on the resident’s monthly statement. Gift certificates are available at the front desk.

Business Office: The Business Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Notary services are available during these hours. The Business Manager assists residents with any questions they may have regarding their accounts.

Development Office: The Development Office is the focal point for all of St. Agnes Home's fund raising activities. To discuss charitable gifting opportunities as well as any ideas you may have to help St. Agnes, the Development Director is always eager to hear from you.

Dietary: The Dietary Department prepares and serves three nutritious meals a day. All menus are planned by a Registered Dietitian with the needs and desires of our residents in mind. Menus are posted on the bulletin board outside the Main Dining Room. Snacks are available between meals and at bedtime.

Residents are welcome to have guests at any meal. Arrangements for guests' meals are made through the Front Desk at least two hours prior to mealtime.

Front Desk: The Front Desk is the center of activity at St. Agnes Home. It is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily for residents’ convenience and needs. Assistance from residents’ rooms is available twenty-four hours a day.

Furnishings: Residents in basic care or independent living with supportive services may furnish their own rooms; however, all furniture must be in good condition and considered safe according to the Home's standards. All rooms in full care are completely furnished with hospital beds, bedside cabinets, and dressers.

Housekeeping: The Housekeeping Department ensures a clean, healthy and pleasing environment at St. Agnes Home. They offer a weekly cleaning of residents' rooms, clean towels and washcloths twice a week, and linens for single beds once a week.

Maintenance: The Maintenance Department skillfully maintains our facility and its grounds. If a resident has any need for maintenance services, they can contact the Front Desk and their request will be honored as time permits, and in order of priority.

Nursing: The Nursing Department consists of licensed, professional personnel that provide residents with dedicated, loving care twenty-four hours a day. Nursing dispenses all medications. All medications are prepared by our Home's designated Pharmacy, Interlock Pharmacy. Medications are packaged in a "unit dose" system to ensure safety and so each resident is charged only for the medication that they use.

Religious Life: We offer a wide range of Catholic services; the most notable being the sacrifice of holy Mass offered daily by our resident chaplain in the Home's chapel. Residents may receive communion services when infirmed, weekly confession, and anointing of the sick, as well as partake in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Devotions with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. Many other regular and special religious activities are frequently offered.

Social Services: The Social Services Department assists and directs all those who wish to live here through the admission process. They will answer questions relating to the move here and changes in daily routine. Social Services also assist residents with level of care changes, arrangement for medical transportation with outside providers, and is always there to listen to each and every resident. Those interested in being a volunteer at St. Agnes, please contact Social Services.
