The Spiritual Side

Spiritually enriching. Vibrantly Catholic.

Eucharistic ProcessionWhile St. Agnes Home prides itself on a long reputation of dependable and loving personal care, it is the spiritual dimension that sets St. Agnes Home apart from other senior care facilities. The beauty of St. Agnes Home far transcends its stately, historic architecture and spacious grounds. It is also the home of the Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus, who have consecrated their lives to the Son of God who became man and dwells among us. While the Sisters bring a distinctive charm, it is from Christ’s real presence in the Blessed Sacrament that the home receives its true beauty and around which the community at St. Agnes Home unites.
Residents of St. Agnes Home experience great comfort and consolation in the opportunity to deepen their faith through:

  • Daily Mass and Rosary
  • Weekly Bible Study
  • Frequent opportunities for the sacraments of confession and anointing of the sick
  • Special feast day celebrations
  • Daily access to our beautiful chapel and the continual presence of the Blessed Sacrament

While the spiritual side of St. Agnes Home with its sacramental nature appeals to Catholic seniors in particular, it is our joy to provide seniors of all faiths with a spiritually and emotionally enriching environment warmed by His love, a home in the Heart of Jesus Christ.
