Full-Time and part-time employees at St. Agnes Home are offered the opportunity to participate in Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans after an introductory period. The employee cost of the plans vary and are tiered according to the extent of family coverage needed. Life Insurance is provided to employees in eligible statuses.

We also provide Holiday and PTO pay, an Employee Assistance Program that all employees may use, an Employee Recognition Program, and very affordable meals. An environment where God is the heart of the Home is available for all!
