Full-Time employees at St. Agnes Home are offered the opportunity to participate in the Archdiocese of St. Louis insurance plans. A Premium Plan and a Standard Plan, both of which include Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, are offered after the introductory period. The costs of the plans vary and are tiered according to length of service.
Other benefits are made available to employees, as well. Some are in addition to the Archdiocese plan for enrolled employees and some are made available to all employees at their own expense through a payroll deduction.
We also provide a PTO benefit tied to years of service and holiday pay. We have an Employee Assistance Program that all employees may utilize, regardless of full, part-time or PRN status.
